Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. Facilities were very clean.
Booked a handicap accessible room, all was very nice except the shower/ tub facility really needed to be walk in available. Very difficult for a handicap person to step over the side of the tub. Otherwise all other facilities and staff were extremely accommodating.
We always love this hotel when we stay
Very thin walls it is always noisy
Everything furnishings, breakfast,bed, shower, location.
Our room was on the first floor and close to the desk and the breakfast room. We could park next to the door and there was a cart to bring our luggage in. The room was in good shape and the wifi easy to use. There was a good selection of breakfast items.
It was on a busy street so it sometimes took a while to make a left turn.
Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! And this may sound funny but I hate when there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Imagine my delight when I flipped a switch and an exhaust fan kicked on!! Also a basket of necessities was left outside our door as we had hung the "do not disturb" out. What a nice touch!
Bed was a bit uncomfortable but adequate.
It is right across Kroger's(24hrs) and close to many restaurants! Staff are very courteous, attentive and very professional.
Bathroom had a stench that i couldnt locate. I was trying to find the source so i can clean it so that it wouldnt smell that bad
The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious. The desk staff was very knowledgeable and made an effort to know our name when we came we and left during our stay.
We wanted to adjust our reservation to add a night. I made the initial reservation on line thru a 3rd party based on reviews. When I contacted the hotel directly to see if we could add a night, the person on the phone wasn't helpful at all and seemed like they would be ok with just canceling the entire reservation since they said they were completely booked. So I was expecting the same attitude upon arrival but pleasantly surprised.
moderate size, cleanliness, friendly care by staff, including list of restaurants nearby and printed map with instructions for return drive to the interstate.
location in relation to I-75 was awkward.
